JOB ROLE : SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE CHANNEL PARTNER FIRM) 1.Telecalling to daily basis on provided Leads and Database. 2.To identify the potential customers and provide them proper solutions as per their property requirments. 3.To maintain the customer data on daily basis. 4.To Understand the Residentials projects in particular locations. 5.Follow ups with Customer and Builder Sales Team. 6. Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. 7.Understand client needs, goals, and financial capabilities. 8.Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and financing options. 9.Foster strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. 10.Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
