Xenova Operatus (opc)

We are looking for Trading Desk Operators to manage client trade calls, execute orders, and monitor open positions in real time. Candidates must have strong knowledge of FO NSE and FO MCX. Both experienced professionals and freshers with solid trading knowledge are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Receive client calls and execute buy/sell trades promptly. Monitor client positions and track market movements. Provide regular status updates to clients regarding their positions, P/L, and margins. Maintain accurate trade records and follow company's guidelines. Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian Stock Markets. Mandatory knowledge of FO NSE and FO MCX. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure during market hours. Experience: Experienced candidates and freshers can apply. Freshers must have strong theoretical knowledge of FO NSE & FO MCX. Work Mode: Work From Office & Work From Home options available. Training will be conducted in office (mandatory). Shifts: Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Night Shift: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM Salary: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month (depending on qualification). Salary may increase after 6 months based on performance.
