The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial or laboratory sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements in QC/R&D environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales o Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (Pharma, Food, Petrochemical, etc.). o Visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions. o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision- makers. o Provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Market Intelligence & Reporting o Collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management. 4. Coordination & Execution o Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, and after-sales support. o Follow up on payments and ensure timely order closures. o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.
