Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Support Engineer to serve as a key link between our customers and the development team. This role involves understanding client needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the smooth deployment and support of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure .NET and React-based web applications on on-premises IIS servers. Participate in integration and regression testing to ensure software quality. Design and update database objects in MS SQL Server and write T-SQL queries. Use Git for version control and contribute to the full software product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in software development or support. Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science or a related field (BE/MTech/MCA/B.Sc.) with strong academic credentials. Practical experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, React, RESTful APIs, and MS SQL Server. Proficiency in T-SQL and experience with stored procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable in fast-paced environments. Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting web applications and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
