We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), facilitating Demat account openings, promoting investment products, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and manage inbound calls professionally. Handle a database of HNI clients and maintain regular follow-ups. Pitch various investment products and assist clients in opening Demat accounts. Coordinate with MOSL product teams and backend support. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently. Log all client interactions and track follow-ups. Provide relevant and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues when needed and work collaboratively with the team. Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, conversion rate, and resolution accuracy. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry. Bachelor's degree (Graduation is a must). Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Basic knowledge of financial products and investment tools.
