Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
🚨 We’re Hiring: Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations – Xech (Mumbai, Full-Time, On-Site) 🔗 Reimagining lifestyle tech through design — from smart electronics to portable appliances. At Xech, we build everyday tech that blends design, utility, and innovation. From portable blenders to eye massagers, our growing portfolio spans multiple in-house brands like Timalfi, Everyday Organisers, and more. As we scale both globally and within India, we’re looking for a sharp and dependable Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations — someone who can own not just sourcing, but the entire backend engine: supplier management, product movement, factory coordination, and our transition to India-based assembly starting March 2026. ⸻ 🌍 About the Role This is a leadership role that cuts across sourcing, product development, quality, and logistics. You’ll work closely with product, design, and ops teams to: • Drive end-to-end procurement across India and China — from OEM/ODM selection to final delivery • Own CMF alignment, pricing, vendor development, and quality control • Lead factory coordination for tooling, production, inspections, and packaging • Manage shipping, documentation, certifications, and cross-border movement of goods • Oversee India-side warehousing, dispatch, and post-production operations • Guide the Make in India transition and local assembly setup ⸻ ✅ Who You Are • 8–12 years of experience in electronics procurement, supply chain, and product operations • Strong understanding of CMF, BOM costing, tooling, tolerances, and supplier networks • Experienced with China-India sourcing ecosystems and managing vendor relationships • Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, inspection protocols, and documentation • Hands-on with Excel, WeChat, sample tracking, and quality reporting • Open to frequent travel — factory visits, expos, warehouse inspections • Bonus: Experience leading Make in India transitions or managing in-house assembly setups ⸻ 📍 Location: Mumbai (on-site) 🌐 Travel: Yes — India + China 📦 Reports to: Founder directly 🚀 Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred ⸻ 📩 If this sounds like the right fit — or you know someone who fits the bill — reach out.
