Carry out pre-completion searches 7. Answering and making calls to UK clients and third parties 8. Carrying out client Anti Money Laundering Checks 9. Processing Client Care letters (Inbound and Outbound) 10. Handling cases from start to finish 11. Dealing with registration of properties and post-completion tasks 12. Report to the client on the title and pre-contract documents on the leasehold files. 13. Raising enquiries on behalf of purchasers. 14. Assist Legal Assistants as and when required. 15. Process inbound leasehold draft papers. 16. Raising enquiries on leasehold titles. Preferred candidate profile
Responsibilities: Support case workers and lawyers with tasks, documents, calls, research, and property registration. Qualifications: Law degree, basic IT skills, training provided.
