Introduce Smart Legals premium conveyancing services and value proposition. Identify decision-makers and secure appointments for follow-up meetings or presentations. 2 2. Relationship Building Build rapport quickly using professional communication and active listening. Understand partner needs and tailor the pitch accordingly. Maintain long-term relationships to ensure consistent referrals. 3. Conversion & Sales Performance Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments booked, and referrers onboarded. Follow a structured script while adapting tone to different client personalities. Track objections and handle them professionally to maximise conversions. Convert leads to cases 4. Pipeline & CRM Management Update CRM daily with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up reminders. Maintain a clear pipeline of warm and potential referrers. Work closely with the BD and Marketing team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives. 5. Market Knowledge & Competitor Awareness Understand (training will be provided) the conveyancing process and key industry pain points. Stay aware of competitors pricing and offerings to position Smart Legal effectively. Provide insights on emerging opportunities or untapped geographic areas. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales/BD role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills and experience working with CRM systems.
