We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, female staff to join our team. She should be very fluent in English and Tamil. The role is designed for individuals with go geter attitude, eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to business interests. *females preferred Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries/leads. Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide detailed information about the product. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve enrollment targets. Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle targets, work under pressure, and manage time efficiently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
