Job Title: US Voice Process Sales Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Voice Process Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market. • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction. • Update CRM systems with accurate customer details and sales progress. • Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and close deals. • Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 0-3 years in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply). • Education: High school diploma or higher preferred. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office. • Availability: Willing to work in US time zones (Night shifts). Preferred Experienced: • Previous experience in a US voice process or BPO sales. • Familiarity with US culture and customer expectations. • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
