Company: A renowned Dairy Company based of North India. It is headquartered in Delhi and is having 3 Plants across India. Turnover of around Rs. 1200 Crores. Location of the position : Muzafferpur, Darbhanga, Katihar, Gaya, Patna Position : Sales Officer / Area Sales Executive Reporting to : Area Sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) Experience: Relevant experience of 4 to 8 years in respective market in FMCG sector, preferably Food Segment. Roles & Responsibilities : Overall in-charge of sales, distribution and marketing of consumer packs of NOVA Dairy (creamer, dairy whitener, Cow ghee) for sales in assigned region. Handle Sales & Distribution Network and to achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets in accordance with business plan. This position is accountable for generating business volumes through Channel Sales. Realize business targets, profitability & management goals for specified region. Define & execute distribution strategy, Network expansion, monitor and control sales distribution plan through distributors. Developing new distributors, markets & new areas of business growth. Manage, Review & track team's performance. Manage, Review & track distributors' performance. Coordinate with concerned departments for effective supply chain management and monitor warehouse & stock facilities.
