Role Overview Drive end-to-end delivery of critical product features, applying modern AI models to unlock new efficiency and capability for our customers. You will plan projects, lead small cross-functional squads, and ship reliable code across multiple stacks. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain production systems that support mission-critical workflows. Prototype and integrate AI/LLM services (vector search, agents, fine-tuned models) into customer-facing features. Break projects into milestones, communicate status clearly, and keep teams on schedule. Review code, mentor peers, and uphold security and quality standards across services. Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure to deliver measurable business impact. Required Qualifications 5 + years of professional software development on high-reliability systems. Demonstrated success shipping critical projects end to end. Practical experience using AI/ML or cloud AI platforms in production. Proficiency in at least one of Ruby, JS, Node.js, PHP, or .NET, and comfort learning new languages as needed. Strong written and verbal communication; able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Solid project-management skills: estimation, risk mitigation, retrospectives. High energy, ambition, and ownership in solving open-ended problems. Nice to Have Polyglot mindset with contributions across multiple stacks in a single product. The Role As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll be the trusted advisor guiding our enterprise clients through onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth with XBE. What You’ll Do Onboard & Empower Lead kickoff meetings with new customers, define success plans, and manage implementations from start to finish.
