Experience of web application frameworks, Version Control Systems and Build processes, Onboarding new clients. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Golang developers and DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Technical Direction: Provide technical direction and guidance on architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Golang. Development Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of projects. DevOps Management: Manage and optimize the DevOps pipeline, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP (or both), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Web Application Frameworks: Utilize and guide the team on the use of web application frameworks relevant to Golang development (e.g., Gin, Echo). Version Control: Implement and enforce best practices for version control using Git or similar systems. Build Processes: Establish and optimize build processes for efficient and reliable deployments. Client Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding of new clients, integrating their systems and ensuring a smooth transition. Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues, providing expertise and guidance to the team. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Performance Monitoring: Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identifying and addressing potential issues. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data.
