Job Description : * Willingness to work in Night Shift environment. * 2-6 Years of Progressive Experience with Agents, Forwarders, Logistics or Shipping Companies preferred. * Preferred - Diploma, Course in EXIM, International/Foreign Trade, Logistics. * Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.). * Co-Ordination / Communication with Shipping Line, Agents, Forwarders & Customers. * Monitoring shipments, track timelines, and coordinate transportation and storage. * Troubleshooting, Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, or documentation. * IGM Processing, AMS & ISF Processing, Delivery Order/Arrival Notice processing. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation. Understanding of customs regulations and trade laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., Cargowise, Logysis, ERP, customs portals). Problem-solving and analytical skills. Computer Savvy & excellent Keyboard skills.
