The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in defense and related sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in defense and government sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. In-depth understanding of defense procurement processes, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and tendering procedures is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to travel as per business requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with defense forces, defense PSUs, or in defense-focused product sales.
