Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Engineer to spearhead our sales initiatives in North India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for providing technical solutions to clients in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in industries such as steel, power, and cement. Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical proposals and ensure seamless project execution. Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and market insights. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in water and wastewater treatment or process equipment. Proficiency in industrial B2B sales processes and technical proposal development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and report management. Willingness to travel extensively within North India. Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
