Description We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Hiring for International Voice Process in our BPO located in Gurgaon, India. This role involves engaging with international customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving queries efficiently. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients across various platforms. Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a International BPO or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
