Job Title: Senior Copy Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Copy Writer who can conceptualize and craft impactful advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AV ads, TVC script writing, and storytelling—with proven work in developing engaging narratives that connect with audiences and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling copy for advertising campaigns, AV ads, TVCs, digital films, and brand stories.
• Take client briefs and translate them into innovative concepts, taglines, slogans, scripts, and storyboards.
• Collaborate with creative teams (designers, art directors, producers) to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
• Present initial ideas and creative concepts to stakeholders, and refine them based on feedback.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, target audience, and industry trends.
• Review competitor activities and market insights to craft effective communication strategies.
• Modify and polish copy until client satisfaction is achieved.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Proven experience in writing AV advertisements & TVC scripts (mandatory).
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting for advertising/marketing agencies.
• Ability to present at least 5 original video campaigns where the candidate wrote the complete script/content.
• Excellent command over English—creative, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to emotionally connect with audiences.
• High adaptability, commercial awareness, and creativity under deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and IT proficiency skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Creative portfolio & industry experience are more important than formal degrees.
