Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator / Technician at our biomass pellet plant in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring product quality, and performing routine inspections. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with team members to meet production targets and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Qualifications Experience in Machine Operation and Machinery handling Skills in Quality Control and use of Hand Tools Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Technical diploma or equivalent certification in a related field
