Business Development Executive (BDE) India 1 years INR 4.2 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Sales Executive (UK Voice process) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client interactions over the phone, and maintaining healthy relationships with prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through proactive telesales activities and relationship building. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs under pressure. Identify and understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions. Promote the company’s products and services to the target market. Cold calling potential clients and handling telephonic inquiries. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients. Identify suitable marketing strategies to generate qualified leads. Regularly update and maintain client databases, lead records, and sales activities in CRM system. Prepare daily activity reports and share regular updates with the reporting manager. Actively innovate and suggest ideas to improve the sales process. Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends. Required Skills: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude. Ability to handle challenges and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience OR Up to 1 year or more experience in Voice Process (MNC preferred) Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Best in industry) Shift timings: UK Shifts from 1/2pm to 10/11pm IST Job Location: Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
