Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning - Develop the annual trade and BTL marketing plan aligned with business and brand objectives. - Identify and prioritize markets, channels, and customer segments for targeted BTL interventions. - Plan and execute consumer engagement programs, retailer activations, product sampling, roadshows, and promotional events. 2. BTL Campaign Execution - Conceptualize and implement BTL campaigns across general trade, modern trade, and rural markets. - Drive execution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), in-store branding, promotional displays, and visibility solutions. - Coordinate with creative and event agencies for campaign design, production, and logistics. - Monitor campaign performance and ensure consistency of brand communication across all touchpoints. 3. Trade & Channel Activation - Design and manage trade schemes, retailer contests, and visibility drives to boost secondary sales. - Collaborate with sales teams and distributors for local market activations, retailer meets, and loyalty programs. - Ensure effective deployment of BTL budgets and maximize return on investment. 4. Performance Tracking & Analysis - Track and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL and trade marketing initiatives through defined KPIs. - Conduct post-activity evaluations and prepare reports on ROI, consumer response, and sales uplift. - Monitor competitor activities and emerging BTL trends to recommend innovative approaches. 5. Collaboration & Coordination - Partner with Brand Marketing for alignment on messaging and creative content. - Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance for seamless execution of field marketing programs. - Manage agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
