We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager who can independently manage international sales operations and complete export documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of export procedures, and the ability to drive global business growth. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Manage and expand international sales for the company across assigned territories • Identify new export markets, distributors, and business opportunities • Handle complete export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping documents, LC documentation, etc. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations • Prepare price quotations, negotiate deals, and maintain strong customer relationships • Track shipments, handle customer queries, and ensure timely delivery • Maintain sales reports and analyse export performance • Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, regulatory) to ensure smooth order execution 🎯 Candidate Requirements • Graduate/PG in Business, International Trade, or related field • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales/ documentation (pharma/FMCG/chemicals preferred) • Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, logistics & documentation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to handle international clients independently • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel internationally if required 💼 What We Offer • Competitive salary + incentives • Opportunity to work with a growing organization • Exposure to international markets and business development
