You are urgently hiring for the position of Academic Counsellor (Sales) located in Gurgaon where the work will be carried out from the office. The salary offered is up to 30k plus incentives, which is negotiable based on your experience level. The ideal candidate should have 0-6 months of experience in inside sales. The company has established collaborations with renowned institutions such as IIM and other top business schools to deliver high-quality educational programs. Your primary responsibilities as an Academic Counsellor include conducting tele-counselling sessions to assist participants in making well-informed decisions regarding our executive courses. You will need to analyze candidate profiles to personalize counselling sessions based on their career enhancement needs. Moreover, you are expected to effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses to potential participants. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any specialization, with an MBA being preferred. You must possess a strong interest in engaging with participants and addressing their educational requirements. Proficiency in the English language, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential qualifications for this position. This is a full-time office-based role with a 5-day workweek and rotational week offs. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
