• Lead and mentor workshop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:

  Prior experience in workshop management within the

  Oil & Gas

  sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, productivity optimization, and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and safety.
