Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage workshop operations, including labor allocation, productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Prior experience in workshop management within the
Oil & Gas
sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor management, productivity optimization, and quality assurance practices.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and safety.
