We are seeking a skilled Chemistry IIT Teacher to become a part of our school community. As a Chemistry teacher, your primary responsibility will be to deliver Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus and to equip students for IIT/JEE competitive exams. You should possess a strong understanding of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, proficient problem-solving capabilities, and the knack for presenting complex Chemistry concepts in an accessible and interesting manner. Your key duties will include conducting Chemistry classes according to the CBSE curriculum and gearing up students for IIT/JEE exams. You will be tasked with creating lesson plans, compiling study materials, crafting worksheets, and developing practice question papers. Regular assessment of students, monitoring their progress, and maintaining academic records will be integral aspects of this role. Additionally, you are expected to elucidate concepts, chemical reactions, and numerical problems in a lucid and straightforward manner. Furthermore, organizing laboratory sessions, delivering demonstrations, and facilitating problem-solving sessions are crucial components of this position. Guiding students on exam techniques, offering strategies and shortcuts for mastering IIT/JEE Chemistry, and engaging with parents regarding student performance when necessary are also part of the responsibilities. Active participation in school meetings, training initiatives, and academic events is encouraged. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
