Job Description

As a Workday Adjustments Team Leader at Barclays, you will be leading the Workplace Adjustments team to ensure a clear, concise, and efficient colleague journey. Your responsibilities will include managing the team, supporting with Personal Development Plans objectives, handling escalations, driving process improvements, allocating work, and ensuring controls are completed in a timely and thorough manner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team effectively - Understand the Workplace Adjustment process - Utilize ServiceNow & ServiceFirst - Collate Management Information (MI) effectively - Demonstrate knowledge of Workplace Adjustment best practices globally - Utilize the Workday system efficiently - Submit and amend plans in Control IQ proficiently - Excel in MS Office Desirable Skillsets: - Perform observations and audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Have knowledge of the Risk & Control environment - Manage internal/team audits successfully - Serve as a Specific Point of Contact (SPOC) for Policy Holders, Colleagues, and People Leaders Qualifications Required: - Experience in team management - Understanding of Workplace Adjustment processes - Proficiency in using ServiceNow & ServiceFirst - Ability to collate Management Information (MI) - Familiarity with Workplace Adjustment best practices globally - Knowledge of the Workday system - Experience in submitting and amending plans in Control IQ - Expertise in MS Office You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant to success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. As a Workday Adjustments Team Leader, your role will be based out of Chennai. In this role, you will deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors. Your accountabilities will include the delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, on- and offboarding of new employees, maintenance of colleague personal and reference data, provision of guidance on HR queries, and more.
