Job_Description":" This is a remote position. We are currently seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a major government housing project focused on decommissioning legacy systems and integrating into a new Housing Management Solution. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the conversion of legacy loans data into a modern COTS housing management system. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define interface specifications for integration with systems like Oracle Financials and financial institutions. Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements. Identify risks and issues stemming from business change requirements. Ensure successful testing and validation of data conversion and system interfaces with QA teams. Support training, change management, and documentation efforts including SOPs and user guides. Assist in solution deployment and post-implementation support. Participate in project meetings and working groups as needed. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on government or public sector projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in data conversion and system integration projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Experience: Producing technical interface specifications for external systems like Oracle Financials. Migrating data from legacy IT systems (Cobol experience is a plus). Working in the housing sector or with housing/financial management systems. Implementing or supporting Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and external vendors. ","
