Job Description

As a member of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Program team, your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that meet business needs and adhere to architectural standards. You will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, developing technical specifications, coding, testing, and ensuring alignment with architecture patterns and quality standards. Additionally, you will need to breakdown development problems, estimate effort/time for development tasks, and oversee plans, schedules, and work schedules for RPA O&M work operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with various IT extended teams such as Infrastructure, Office of Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, VDI, etc. - Interface with clients to support flying schedules and major maintenance events. - Managing and coordinating research and investigations into RPA O&M on-site issues or problems. - Proactively addressing technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget. - Identifying opportunities to reduce application support total cost of ownership. - Adapting to new environments and changing requirements. - Supporting and consulting on disaster recovery and reverse demand planning and testing. - Maintaining a current and thorough understanding of RPA products, including WorkFusion. - Completing daily and monthly operational reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - Two or more years of concurrent experience with responsibilities like Experience with WorkFusion (RPA Core/ RPA Desktop, Web/RPA Developer/Machine Learning Engineer). - Experience with XML, XSL/XSLT, REST/Web Services, SQL, and relational database experience. - Desired skills include Design Patterns, Groovy, Web Harvest, XPath, XQuery, and JSON. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience in leading/participating in the systems development life cycle and structured programming within an enterprise IT environment. - Two or more years of .NET or Java programming experience. - Direct experience with RPA programming using Workfusion is a plus. - Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, including translating Excel macros into RPA solutions and/or integrations. - Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Text Analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP) would be advantageous. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - High level of independence while also being effective in a self-organizing team.
