Job Title: Workfront ArchitectExperience Required:

Openings: 3Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) – Bangalore & NoidaNotice Period: Immediate to 25 DaysKey Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into architecture, design, and development activities using Adobe Workfront solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize Adobe Workfront Fusion workflows including module setup, function development, scenario development, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams.
• Integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems using integration technologies and techniques.
• Present technical solutions clearly, demonstrating how they address client business needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong client relationships, establish trust quickly, and effectively manage challenging situations.
• Drive customer success through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approaches.
• Prepare and deliver clear documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in Adobe Workfront (work management, proofing, document features, and Fusion).
• Proven ability to articulate technical solutions and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
