The Fireman will be responsible for responding to fire emergencies, conducting fire drills, inspecting fire safety equipment, and ensuring adherence to fire safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include operating firefighting equipment, providing first aid when necessary, maintaining fire stations, and educating the public on fire safety measures. Qualifications Experience with firefighting equipment and procedures Knowledge of fire safety regulations and public safety education First aid training and ability to provide emergency medical care Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Relevant certifications in firefighting and first aid High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in fire safety is advantageous
