As an Architect joining our Enterprise Solutions team in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of central initiatives across our corporate technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services. Your primary objective will be to build state-of-the-art corporate software for all employees, working alongside a dedicated team to deliver enhancements and support the rearchitecture of our enterprise products. In this role, you will engage in multi-functional work globally, delivering essential solutions and services to finance processes and operations. Your responsibilities will include crucial design activities, fostering strong relationships with key business and technology customers, and collaborating with experienced teams to deliver sophisticated technology solutions worldwide. Additionally, you will work closely with domain experts, contributing to the growth and progress of the Enterprise Solutions team. Your duties will involve establishing and enforcing standards and best development practices, evaluating ERP platforms and external software packages, introducing development tools to enhance team efficiency, mentoring team members for career growth, and identifying solutions for configuration issues in ERP platforms. You will also be responsible for developing executive-level architecture presentations related to the Corporate Finance suite of platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 18 to 20 years of proven experience in software development and configuration within the financial ERP space. Proficiency in Workdays Finance modules, Workday Extend, and Workday Studio is essential, along with experience in Hyperion or OneStream. You should also have a background in introducing AI software and tools to enhance efficiency, as well as strong executive-level presentation skills, both written and oral. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related engineering fields, or equivalent experience, is required for this position.,
