Workday Studio Integration Lead with ADP Payroll

The role of a Workday Studio Integration Lead at UST requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various systems and platforms. As a Workday Integration Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions in alignment with company standards and industry best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Web Services, and APIs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues to ensure minimal system downtime and optimal performance. Additionally, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather and analyze integration requirements, monitor and optimize existing integrations for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency, and create and maintain detailed technical documentation including integration diagrams, specifications, and process workflows. It is essential to ensure that all integration work complies with internal security policies, data protection regulations, and compliance standards. You will also be responsible for conducting end-to-end testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability.
