Workday Studio

As a Workday Studio Consultant at Fission Labs, you will be tasked with developing, managing, and supporting integrations between Workday and other systems through the utilization of the Workday Integration Hub. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and process automation within the organization's Workday environment. With over 5 years of experience, you will be based in Hyderabad and operate in a hybrid work setting. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools. You will leverage the capabilities of the Workday Integration Hub to optimize data flows between Workday and other enterprise applications. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations, collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand integration requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation while promoting best practices within the team. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, a strong understanding of Workday's Integration Hub and its functionalities, expertise in integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and API management, problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
