Workday Studio Developer

Job Description: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Workday Studio integrations between Workday HCM and external systems. This includes working with Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, and Studio to create inbound/outbound integrations. You will be transforming data using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV formats. Additionally, you will utilize SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and SFTP for data exchange. Monitoring and troubleshooting production integrations to ensure timely issue resolution will also be part of your duties. Collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translating them into integration solutions is essential. Documentation maintenance for all integrations and supporting knowledge transfer will be required. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Workday Studio integrations. - Work with Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, and Studio for integrations. - Transform data using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV formats. - Utilize SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and SFTP for data exchange. - Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for business requirements translation. - Maintain documentation for all integrations and support knowledge transfer. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio (5+ years preferred). - Experience with Workday EIB and Core Connectors. - Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SFTP. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience in end-to-end integration development. - Experience in deploying and supporting Workday Studio integrations in production environments. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.,
