Workday Studio Developer

As a Workday Studio Developer at WillWare Technologies, your primary role will involve designing, developing, and deploying Workday Studio integrations between Workday HCM and external systems. You will work with Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, and Studio to create inbound/outbound integrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for transforming data using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV formats. Utilizing SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and SFTP for data exchange will be a key part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and troubleshooting production integrations to ensure timely issue resolution will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into integration solutions will be essential. Maintaining documentation for all integrations and supporting knowledge transfer are tasks that you will be expected to perform diligently. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Workday Studio integrations between Workday HCM and external systems. - Work with Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, and Studio to create inbound/outbound integrations. - Transform data using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV formats. - Utilize SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and SFTP for data exchange. - Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into integration solutions. - Maintain documentation for all integrations and support knowledge transfer. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio (5+ years preferred). - Experience with Workday EIB and Core Connectors. - Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SFTP. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience in end-to-end integration development. - Experience in deploying and supporting Workday Studio integrations in production environments. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.,
