Job Description

As a Workday Integration Specialist at Grant Thornton INDUS, your role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. You will need a strong understanding of Workday's integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. - Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. - Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations. - Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-9 years of experience in Workday integration and reporting tools. - Proficiency in using Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and BIRT. - Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) for integrations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and business teams. - Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring data integrity. - Knowledge of organizational and regulatory standards for data security and compliance.
