As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at Kognitiv Inc., you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their financial planning and forecasting processes. By working closely with clients, you will design, implement, and deliver innovative solutions that drive financial success. **Responsibilities:** - Configure and implement Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, such as Reporting, OfficeConnect, Modeling, and Security. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, recommend best practices, and deliver customized solutions. - Provide support for testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to enable client teams. - Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. - Innovate and propose new approaches to enhance Adaptive Planning deployments. - Share your knowledge and mentor team members in Adaptive Planning practices. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning in implementations or Post Production/AMS support. - Proficiency in Adaptive Planning configuration, including Reporting, Modeling, OfficeConnect, and Security. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills, particularly in remote work settings. - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. - Minimal travel, less than 5%, is required for this role.
