Job Description

Attend walk-ins and handling client interactions over phone & email, customer query in terms of the queries related to short-stay i.e. Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa for Schengen countries, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, USA, Singapore, and China etc.

Provide professional Guidance in Counseling, Registration, Visa Appointments and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advice clients.

Freshers with Good Communication skills can apply

Must have a minimum of 1-year work experience in client handling, Lodging Visa Application, Tracking the progress & process of Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa applications for different countries.

Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,922.27 - ₹30,445.69 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
