WordPress & Shopify Developer

As a skilled and creative WordPress & Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance e-commerce platforms and WordPress websites for diverse clients. Collaborating with designers, project managers, and marketing teams, you will work towards building scalable solutions that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Building responsive, SEO-optimized WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores. - Optimizing site performance and implementing security best practices. - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing client support. - Designing and developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. - Customizing existing themes using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Creating custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields (ACF). - Optimizing WordPress database queries and implementing caching strategies. - Ensuring WordPress security best practices (sanitization, escaping, SSL). - Setting up WordPress multisite configurations when needed. - Maintaining and updating WordPress core, plugins, and themes. - Building and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid templating language. - Developing Shopify apps and scripts for custom functionality. - Integrating third-party apps (Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo, etc.). - Configuring Shopify collections, products, and checkout settings. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify development. - Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins. - Familiarity with optimizing website performance and security. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide client support.
