As a WordPress Developer and Digital Marketer at this company, your role involves developing and managing websites using WordPress. You will be customizing themes and plugins as per project requirements, ensuring responsive design, performance optimization, and basic security. Additionally, you will manage content updates, backups, and site maintenance while also fixing basic bugs and handling website enhancements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in SEO (On-page & basic Off-page) activities - Managing and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads at a basic level - Handling social media content posting and scheduling - Supporting email marketing & lead generation campaigns - Analyzing website traffic using Google Analytics / Search Console In terms of required skills, it is essential that you have a good knowledge of WordPress CMS, a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, familiarity with SEO fundamentals, and basic knowledge of social media marketing. You should also possess the ability to learn fast and adapt to new tools. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Elementor / Gutenberg, knowledge of WooCommerce, Canva or basic design skills, understanding of performance optimization, and any certification in digital marketing. Qualifications for this role include any degree (Computer Science / IT / Marketing preferred) and relevant certifications are a plus.
