Role Overview: As a WordPress Developer (Back End Developer - WFO only) at factoHR - Version Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot, Gujarat, your role will involve driving innovation by creating high-performing and secure WordPress websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly, responsive websites that align with business goals. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering seamless digital experiences and shaping the company's web presence with cutting-edge development solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes, plugins, and optimized code. - Work closely with UI/UX and design teams to implement responsive and visually appealing layouts. - Enhance website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance using best practices in front-end and back-end optimization. - Ensure website security by performing regular software updates and implementing secure coding practices. - Identify, debug, and resolve website issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth user experience. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for website configurations, development processes, and updates. - Stay informed about the latest WordPress features, development tools, and web technologies to keep solutions modern and scalable. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MCA, Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development. - Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Strong understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and development tools. - Plugin & Theme Management: Experience building, customizing, and troubleshooting WordPress themes and plugins. - Optimization & Best Practices: Knowledge of SEO principles, caching techniques, and responsive design for mobile-friendly development. - Security Awareness: Familiarity with website security standards, SSL, malware prevention, and secure coding practices. - Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
