The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and proven experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is required, along with a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins. Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
