As a WordPress Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining WordPress websites, with a particular focus on Ecommerce websites using WooCommerce. Your role will involve utilizing your strong foundation in WordPress and Ecommerce website design to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing WordPress websites, emphasizing Ecommerce functionality through WooCommerce - Utilizing front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery - Managing code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, and SVN - Working with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector, Firebug, and Google Tag Manager - Understanding website architecture and aesthetics to create visually appealing websites - Project management to ensure timely delivery of projects - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients - Owning a computer or laptop for work purposes Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a WordPress Designer & Developer for a minimum of 1 year - Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify - Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript - Experience in theme and plugin installation, as well as plugin development - Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, and Wp Bakery - Knowledge of database management using SQL and MySQL - Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and Bitbucket - Understanding of web design principles including UX, UI, and site architecture Location: Kolkata, India Employment Type: Full-Time Additional Company Details: The company values individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
