WordPress Content Manager & Site Builder (Remote)

The Role:
We are launching a new B2B digital brand and need a WordPress Webmaster to manage the technical build and the initial content launch.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can act as the "Site Owner," ensuring the website is technically flawless, fast, and visually polished.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Technical Foundation & Speed

• The Build: Perform a fresh WordPress install on our hosting.
• The Theme: Implement GeneratePress. We need a "lean" site—no heavy page builders or unnecessary plugins.
• The Settings: Configure Permalinks, Categories, and Reading settings for a clean URL structure.

2. Content Production & Layout

• Drafting: Use our AI prompts to generate the initial article drafts.
• On-Page UX: You are responsible for the reader's experience.
• Formatting: Break up text with clear H2/H3 headers, bold lists, and short paragraphs.
• Visuals: Find and upload a high-quality screenshot for every tool reviewed.
• Quality Standard: The final posts must look authoritative and professionally edited, not robotic.

3. SEO & Site Health

• Optimization: Install RankMath and configure Schema/Meta settings.
• Indexing: Connect Google Search Console, verify ownership, and submit the XML Sitemap.
• Launch Check: Verify the site has a valid SSL certificate and passes Core Web Vitals.

• A WordPress Veteran: You know exactly which plugins are essential and which are bloat.
• A Content Formatter: You understand that "Layout" is part of SEO. You take pride in making articles look good.
• A Problem Solver: If a plugin breaks or an image doesn't align, you know how to fix it.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹206,000.00 per month
