WordPress Backend Developer (PHP)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing WordPress websites, plugins, and customizations, with a focus on maintaining proper architecture and extendibility. Your role will involve working with APIs, integrating various plugins, and ensuring the functionality of WordPress sites. Key Responsibilities: - Have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and its implications on WordPress plugin architecture - Demonstrate strong knowledge of theme customization and plugin customization for enhancing WordPress functionality - Understand Bootstrap concepts, grid structure, and media queries for responsive web design - Possess good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and the development of web services - Work on WordPress deployment on servers and site movements between servers, with experience being a plus - Collaborate on APIs integration within WordPress and work with PHP 5 and OOP - Utilize expertise in building WordPress CMS websites and integrating various plugins (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins, ACF, etc.) - Develop WordPress websites at a PHP code level, leveraging existing inbuilt WordPress functions - Create plugins and widgets that adhere to WordPress coding standards, ensuring clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code - Develop custom post types and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a WordPress developer Qualification Required: - B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales - Strong understanding of WordPress development and customization Additional Details: N/A,
