Quality furniture. Definitely their post-sales have improved over time. But still some work to do, specially the co-ordination with carpentry team. In my case product got delivered within 2 days but it took almost 4 days for installation.

They take time but the quality and finish is worth the wait and I can clearly see the quality and uniqueness in design. I visited the outlet personally. Thank you woodenstreet for such a nice produt.

They dont share mobile number of executives. You will have to communicate only with IVR lines, no matter how much they delay to deliver your product. They have not deliverred the complete ordered items and they are not sending any persons for installation. Worst experience ever.

They are worst in terms of service quality. Don't pick the calls. I purchase dining table from them, which is delivered 3 days back and their installation person is yet to visit. It seems they don't have the installation persons or they are not at all concerned about customer experience or convenience.
