Order is placed on 10th August from this and my item is still not delivered. After sales support is horrible. Please dont place any orders with this company, unless you are ready to be hassled for months without end. Please cancel my undelivered sofa and refund the fully paid amount.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I have ordered a coffee table, 2 months over but still not received. Customer service is name of bluff. They actually don't know what's the status of product. Store representative does not bother to response after sales activities. Really disappointing.
