Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations at the site, manage construction schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure adherence to safety policies, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities also include quality control, site inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction management Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
