The Sales Manager specializing in Wood Flooring is responsible for driving sales within the wood flooring vertical at the showroom level. Your role involves managing direct client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating site activities, and ensuring premium service delivery. To excel in this position, you must be a well-groomed, confident, and proactive individual with a clear focus on conversions and a strong understanding of luxury interiors. As the ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in luxury interiors, wood flooring, or the building materials industry. Strong interpersonal and sales skills are essential, along with a proven ability to handle High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), architects, and designers. High grooming and personal hygiene standards are a must in this luxury retail environment. A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and closing deals is crucial. Your responsibilities will include managing the complete sales process for wood flooring clients, from enquiry to closure. This involves handling walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups on leads from the bathroom and kitchen teams. Regular visits to architect and interior designer offices are required to introduce the product range, present samples, and generate new enquiries. Conducting frequent client meetings across the city/region to drive high-touch engagement and ensure seamless closure is essential. Internal coordination and communication play a significant role in this position. You will collaborate actively with Senior Sales Managers and the Store Head, working closely with product teams for pricing and availability, as well as with operations for fulfillment timelines. Coordinating samples, mock-ups, and client presentations will be part of your routine. Additionally, supporting team communication with Senior Managers of other verticals such as Bathrooms and Kitchens where applicable is necessary. Site handling and execution are key responsibilities in ensuring smooth delivery and installation. You will coordinate with installers, logistics, and clients, personally overseeing installations for important or escalated projects. Monitoring site progress, escalating concerns to the appropriate manager, ensuring timely documentation, client updates, and issue resolution are vital tasks in this role. Maintaining a strong showroom presence and presentation is crucial as a brand representative. Upholding the highest standards of grooming and conduct, ensuring products are correctly displayed and presented to luxury standards, and being present in key client meetings, walkthroughs, and presentations are essential aspects of the job.,
