Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging DIY woodcraft lessons and workshops. Teach students how to safely use hand tools and power tools. Guide students through hands-on projects such as furniture building, home dcor, toys, and other creative wooden items. Create lesson plans that align with students' skill levels and project goals. Monitor and maintain a safe working environment in the studio or workshop. Manage supplies and ensure tools and materials are available and in good condition. Provide individual assistance and feedback to students during classes. Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. Keep records of student progress and attendance (if applicable). Stay updated with woodworking trends and incorporate new techniques or project idea Requirements: Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related craft (teaching experience preferred). Strong knowledge of wood types, tools, finishing techniques, and construction methods. Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with children, teens, or adults (depending on audience). First aid and workshop safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
