Woocommerce/Wordpress developer

As a Woocommerce Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing customized WordPress websites with deep WooCommerce integration. - Building and maintaining custom plugins and themes tailored to e-commerce requirements. - Optimizing WooCommerce stores for speed, performance, and responsiveness. - Integrating RESTful and WooCommerce APIs for third-party service connectivity. - Troubleshooting issues across the WordPress-WooCommerce ecosystem. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and project managers. - Ensuring code quality through version control and documentation. The technical skills required for this role include proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. You should have a strong understanding of WordPress core and WooCommerce architecture, experience with custom theme and plugin development, knowledge of RESTful APIs and WooCommerce API integration, familiarity with the Laravel framework, and experience using Git for version control. Additionally, you should possess strong debugging and performance tuning skills for WooCommerce sites, be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment is essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with WordPress page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery, hands-on experience in Laravel projects, familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, and an understanding of SEO best practices, especially for e-commerce platforms.
